The project utilizes the Lukthamdai chatbot on the LINE@ platform, which is widely used in Thailand, to offer a user-friendly tool for parents to track their child's development in terms of how they play, learn, speak, act, and move. This tool is designed to help early detection of developmental delays in children, ensuring timely intervention and support.

The target group for this project is families residing in the Lat Krabang Community of Bangkok, especially those whose children are not listed in the household registration, often missing out on basic health services. The project aims to register around 3,000 users, focusing on children aged between 1 and 78 months. This initiative is not only about the early detection of developmental delays but also about empowering parents to take an active role in their child's development. It emphasizes the importance of early intervention for children at risk, aiming for these interventions to start as early as 2-3 years old.

The expected long-term impact of the Lukthamdai Chatbot project is to enhance parental understanding and management of their children's development, reducing dependency on public health services for child development issues. The project also plans to extend its reach, applying the knowledge gained from this community to further develop and refine the Lukthamdai service for broader application in urban areas, ultimately aiming for deployment across all districts in Bangkok. This strategy aligns with the overarching mission of providing effective services to end users while fostering community empowerment and self-reliance.

The project spearheaded by Preeyasorn Arsrairas achieved significant results, contributing to personal growth, enhanced teamwork, and notably improving the lives of beneficiaries. On a personal level, the project lead gained valuable experience in leadership, problem-solving, and project management. These skills were crucial in steering the project towards its goals. The initiative fostered a sense of community and collaboration among all stakeholders involved, including parents, health center staff, and the project team. This collaborative environment not only enhanced the sense of connection and teamwork but also facilitated shared responsibility among all parties.

The most impactful outcome of the project was its positive effect on children's development. A total of 215 children showed marked improvements, a testament to the project's success. Additionally, there was a significant increase in the service's usage, with user numbers rising from 1,813 on August 1, 2023, to 2,252 by September 6, 2023. This growth indicates an expanding reach and effectiveness of the project, ensuring that more individuals benefit from the services offered. Overall, the project not only achieved its intended goals but also laid a foundation for continued growth and impact in the community.
